مركز تراث سامراء:

مركز علمي تخصصي تابع للعتبة العسكرية المقدسة، يعنى بدراسة تراث مدينة سامراء المشرفة وأئمتها(علیهم السلام) وأعلامها والعمل على تحقيقه ونشره وحفظه.

الرؤية:

نشر تراث مدينة سامراء المشرفة وأئمتها(علیهم السلام) وأعلامها ، وتوفير السبل الكفيلة بحمايته.

الرسالة:

تعريف العالم بالتراث الفكري والأخلاقي لأئمة سامراء(علیهم السلام) وأعلامها وإبراز العمق الحضاري والتأريخي للمدينة المشرفة، لإعادتها الى الذاكرة، كونها من المدن الإسلامية الخالدة.

الأهداف الرئيسة:

دراسة تراث مدينة سامراء المشرفة وأئمتها(عليهم السلام) وأعلامها، وتحقيقه ونشره وحفظه وبيان أهم مميزاتها الدينية والحضارية والتراثية.

الأهداف الفرعية:

1- تسليط الضوء على تراث أئمة سامراء(عليهم السلام) وأعلامها - مولداً ومسكناً ومدفناً ابتداءً من الإمام الهادي(عليهم السلام) والى يومنا هذا من خلال التحقيق والتأليف والطباعة والنشر لتراثهم الفكري والأخلاقي.

2- الاهتمام بتراث المراقد المقدسة في المدينة والمزارات والمواقع الاثرية الأخرى والعمل على توفير الحماية القانونية لها.

3- إبراز الوجه الحضاري والتراثي للمدينة العريقة من خلال التعريف بمآثرها قديماً وحديثاً.

4- البحث في الإرشيف الوثائقي العراقي والعثماني والإيراني والإنكليزي لجمع كل ما يخص مدينة سامراء المشرفة وتوظيفه لمصلحتها.

5- تعزيز أطر التعاون العلمي والثقافي مع الجامعات والمؤسسات البحثية والشخصيات العلمية وتفعيل العمل المشترك.

6- إثراء المكتبات بالإصدارات المتخصصة ورفد المؤسسات العلمية بالنتاج المعرفي.

المشاريع المنجزة: وهي على ثلاث محاور:

المحور الأول: - الدراسات والتوثيق والتأليف والتحقيق.

المحور الثاني: - التعاون العلمي والعلاقات الثقافية.

المحور الثالث: - المشاريع الاستراتيجية.

The Samarra Heritage Centre:

Is a research centre affiliated with the Al-Askariein holy shrine, it specializes in studying the Heritage of the city of Samarra and its holy Imams ^{(peace be upon them)} along with its scholarly figures.

The Vision:

Publishing and preparing the most efficient methods to protect the Heritage of the city of Samarra and its holy Imams ^{(peace be upon them)} along with its scholarly figures.

The Message:

Introducing the Intellectual and ethical heritage of the holy Imams and figures of Samarra to the world, and to highlight the cultural and historical depth of the city, to restore it back to the Islamic memory, for it was one of the eternal Islamic cities.

The Main objectives:

studying the heritage of the Samarra city, and the intellectual legacy of its holy imams, and its scholarly figures. also examine, publish, preserve and highlight on its cultural characteristics.

Sub-objectives:

1.  Putting the spotlight on the heritage of the holy Al-Askariein Imams and the scholarly figures of Samarra, from birth to death, begging from Imam Al-Hadi (a.s) and till our days by writing, auditing, publishing and printing their cultural and ethical heritage.

2.  Taking care of the heritage of the holy shrines and other historical sites and landmarks in the city, and providing it with lawful protection.

3.  Highlighting the cultural and historical depth of the city, by introducing its old and modern heritage.

4.  Investigating for any remarks relating to the city of Samarra in the Iraqi, Ottoman, Iranian and British archives and making use of it. 

5.  Enhancing scientific and cultural frameworks in cooperation with universities, research institutions, and academic figures and activating mutual assistance.

6.  Enrich libraries with specialized publications, and provide scientific organizations with knowledgeable products.
